That's not a tip for helping you get credited for a survey, it's just a way of seeing that you have been credited for a survey before you start the next one. If you don't get credited then clicking the refresh button is not going to help you get credited. Although it will help you decide whether or not to do the next survey.

Got it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hi, I signed up for Vivatic yesterday and I have a quick question. If it directs you out to a 3rd party website and you don't qualify for that survey, is there any point doing the other surveys on the 3rd party site? Will you get paid for those?
    Thanks

One more question, then I'll go away and shut up for a bit...

I'm with NVL and am close to reaching the £50 payout. If I do their surveys on Vivatic, will that mean I won't get any from them directly? It's taken me a long time to get to £46.50!!

I joined vivatic last week and have so far amassed £12.95. I claimed my first £10 on Friday which will apparently be credited in 12 days. I will keep you posted.

One thing I should mention theough, is that they host surveys for others sites one of which is vistalive. if you click on the linkon vivatic and go to vistalive and you complete the survey, you get creditted. But if you continue to do surveys on vistalive on the same page that oppened via vivatic, you don't. This happened to me last week. I continued on to another survey on vista but wasn't creditted for it on vivatic. Does anyone know how to claim it?

Another site that links to vivatic is populus. Yesterday I did a survey on populus and right at the end I was disqualified. Apparently when they asked "how many people live in your household" at the beginning I put 2, which is the correct answer. Then at the end when they asked the same question, apparently I enetered 4. Though I am sure I entered 2, I was disqualified with the explanation that I was not providing honest answers!!!! I was rather furious at this as I always do my best to do the surveys as honestly as possible.

So be careful, they do have a few crafty tricks up their sleeves to make sure they don't pay up.

I have just completed the midweek survey and did it 100% - but when I got to the end it said I had not met the survey's quality controls - hence I have not been paid the £1 fee for it  . Have emailed them to ask what the problem is and ask them to pay me. Anyone else had this happen?

  • Just joined but each survey says "You don't fit the profile we need for that particular survey", I must have tried about 4 or 5 survets, quite annoying.
You can't be lost if you don't know where you're going.

Is it the one through newvistalive that asks lots of random questions about the monarchy etc?
I too reached the end of this one only to be told I have not passed the quality control!!!!!
I did the survey in plenty of time and to the best of my ability and don't appreciate being accused of dishonesty. I emailed vistalive to tell them what I think of them. But I doubt they care. They got their data and don't care anymore.

I had no problems - I did the survey and have been credited for it.

This has just happened to me, I got this message

Thank you for trying to complete this survey. However, on this occasion we cannot accept your answers. Our reputation, as a leading market research company, is based on the validity of the data we provide to our clients. On this occasion your answers have failed our Quality Control procedures - At the first household composition question you said that there were 4 people in your household and at the second question you said that there were "6" people in your household. As the two responses don't agree we cannot therefore rely on the answers you have given. We have a responsibility to our clients to provide reliable research. We ask that you give careful consideration to the questions asked and in return we offer a fair reward for the time taken to complete the surveys. We hope that on the next occasion your answers will be consistent so you can complete the survey and have your reward accredited to your account. Please click the >> button to finish this survey.

At the first question I said 2 adults and at the last question I said 2 adults. I clicked the << button and went back to the question and it clearly shows 2 people over the age of 18.

    Got it sorted :j

There must be a bug in the software, it adds the two figures you give together instead of comparing them.

So, if you say you have 2 people under 18 and 2 people over 18 at the beginning it stores the answer as 4.

Correct so far, but at the end when it asks you how many people over 18 in your house it adds the figure you give to the total instead of comparing it. In this case making 6 people.

So it now thinks you said 4 people at the start and 6 people at the end.

So all you have to do is hit the << button and adjust your figure.

I went back and put a zero in, 4 from the beginning plus 0 = 4 which is correct.

And when I hit the submit button it said everything was correct and I got credited for the survey.

So if it happens to you, just hit the << button and enter a zero and try again.
