I sent cap one a mail via their secure system and they say " Other Message I have heard that it is upto the individual financial institutaion whether they want to remove any defaults they have placed on someones record.
In light of the information i have already given you i please ask that a manager can re consider removing the defaults i have got with yourselves in the past.
I aim to have my account clear with you in one month and as i have cut the card will then close the account with you.
Kind Regards
