carphone warehouse upgrade

went into carphone warehouse to upgrade 2 contracts on saturday,they told us to put in new sim cards and they should have changed over by that evening but as of today there is still nothing,stuck in work so cant go back in today and orange say they have no indication of this at there end,anyone any idea whats happening and what to do.

Orange takes upto 24 hours but if they can't see anything at there end it may not have gone through, go back to carphone warehouse and ask them to check and or resubmit the upgrade

we cant actually get back to the shop till wednesday,does that mean we are effectively paying for 4 contracts till then,i know its only a few pounds but im tight...:D

You have tried switching the phone on and off a few times? The sim updates can get stuck sometimes. . .

yes tried that loads at first it whatever we dialed it was going through to orange now whatever we dial it just comes up emrgency calls only.:(

The sims not provisioned then, sounds like a either a server error or the action to enable the sim hasn't gone through for some reason.

You could call Orange CS and see if they can try to push through some sim updates, see if they get to the sim. . .
