  • I run painting classes using melted wax (encaustic art) and I held a hen party a while back....we had great fun! :j
The hen didnt know what she was going to be doing....only that she would be ironing and polishing (we iron the wax on and polish it after) the hen thought they had booked her onto a housekeeping course!:o
We supplied some drink and nibbles, had a painting competition,,,painting wax willies:D and they all had 10 pictures to take home as mementoes of the day.

So I got married myself 6 months ago and have now decided to take over arranging my best friends hen night.

I had my own which was amazing, we spent a weekend in Bristol which involved lots of partying, lots of drinks and a hunky stripper! Her worst nightmare would be to be dressed up 'like an idiot' as she puts it and made to do stupid things, oh and no strippers!

I know my friend doesnt want to go out drinking or raving, I think her ideal would be a spa day but I know how expensive these things can get so I'd love to hear of anyone who has had a spa day out and how much the package was per person?

We are in Greater London, Essex way so somewhere not too far would be fab. Any ideas??

    Thanks all!
