Phones4u Contracts
Hi, I recently upgraded my phone after 19 months of what was a 12 month contract. They are sending a cancellation letter to orange.
Phones4u offered a E900 at £35 per month... I didn't like it.
...offered a W710i... I don't like it.
I have asked for a refund but they are unable to give them and insist on a new phone. They only have about 20 phones in the store and they are all thereabouts the same thing.
Is there anyway I can turn this to my advantage, at all?
