looks like she'll just have to pay it and put it down to "in"experience,
she trusted the rep as he "was" an old friend of her son, but looks like he cocked it up,
on the plus side it turns out she paid for 6 months road tax on her new car but they put 12 months on by mistake so she hasn't lost out in the end,
god knows what would have happened if the new owner had bust a speed camera or red light though?0 -
you not meant to give the log book to them the seller keeps the log book and posts and the buyer gets the little slips
theres slip for buyer, scrapper, and exporter or something like the red yellow and green from memory0
