Managed to get what I wanted to done in the garden. Breaking it down into small chunks as there is so much to do due to winter arriving so early.

Just going to do a couple of emails and then I need to take DS3 to squash. I'll pick up a local paper on the way to read whilst I wait, I'll take my knitting too but my hands are a bit stiff from the gardening.

One of my items has sold on ebay, one has bids on and one with lots of watchers so hopefully a bit more cash this week which will be handy as I've had to cancel my last invigilating session due to my friend's mum's funeral.

  • Boo!! Yes it’s me, bet you’ve all forgotten me, sorry I haven’t posted for ages but there’s lots (and most of it not good) going in and haven’t felt up to sharing as I don’t want my posts to be full of doom and gloom like they were last year! But on the bright side things can’t/WON’T get any worse.

Have briefly looked at the thread and there’s loads of names I don’t know – so welcome from me – it’s fabulous here and everybody is so lovely and supportive. I thought the lovely wonderful toots had taken me off the list but I see I’m a ‘lurker’ LOL.

Anyway flying – errr having been doing it ‘onestly guvnor! Just not to deep clean level but at least it’s presentable if anybody comes unexpectedly so can’t really ask for more than that at the mo.

Love, hugs and spoons all round to those that want/need them. Much love as always to toots and LL xxx

Sarah, you are so norty ;)! You'll be at the counsellors now so hope that is going well x

Dusty, I've got loads to do in the garden too - itching to get out but after having DS home sick so much and being out all morning plus will be out all am Friday it makes it tricky. There's always next week for me! What are you knitting?

Helen, have fun sorting out the minging bedroom!

Toochoosey, the good bit about the kids being older is they can sort out their own room isn't it! DD is now 8 so does a few bits but DS too young at 4!

BigMog, glad you're enjoying the thread :). Breaking everything down makes it so much easier doesn't it and the support given on this thread is amazing.

Mummyroysof3, you've been busy! We need plastic storage boxes I think but DH has so much carp it's unbelievable - he needs to sort through that before we put things into boxes and so far he's not co-operating. I'm hoping my decluttering might encourage him ;)!

Had a lovely walk with Pip though my wellies almost got sucked off cos it was so wet and muddy. Pip had her little coat on; the vet thinks she has a skin allergy which is why she's itchy and smelly and she has to have twice weekly baths for a while and then weekly. She's seeming much better now.

Right, off to conjure up some moussaka for tea - BBL before I do my ironing.

AAAAAAAA!!!!! I can't find about 6 bank statements needed for DH accounts:eek::eek::eek: His accountant was wanting his books in ages ago. I told DH they'd be ready for today and I'll say Friday when he gets back from work. Just need to figure out where I've filed them :o Only problem is I'm off work with a virus that causes aching muscles and headaches so not entirely sure how I'll explain frantic sorting out tonight once DD in bed. At least I got stronger painkillers from Dr today so hopefully they'll keep me going!

This reinforces that I need to continue flying (and manage to achieve more when able to). Funnily enough haven't done to well with this week's list!

socks.. I agree it would be rude to just ignore KH but choice words from DS would be appropriate and :D for hubby being his dad.. What a compliment! He needs to add at the beginning.. 'thanks for remembering my birthday' lol .. and maybe 'Can I have a card with cash in future' :p..

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:That's as good as last night's Shameless sketch after the credits.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
on a serious note Piggers and Sockdrawer hope DS & GF sort it out and I hope KH gets his comeuppance with the CSA.

Walked DS1&2 to school then went to work. Came home and went for a nice walk with my DF who is doing the Moonwalk with me.

DH's Birthday invitations have finally arrived! It's all bad timing with my looming operation.

Minimal flying today as I have a book to finish before book club tomorrow. Kitchen has been S/S. DW unloaded/reloaded. Need to get some tea ready for the little ones.
