I have decided to enlist the help of a secret weapon - my dear husband!
The look on his face when I told him was priceless! But we both go to work and make the mess so fair's fair. So I think I have roped him in.....we will see tomorrow when we get in from work.
Thanks to Pigpen and Toots, spoons stick and hugs to everyone that needs them today (and for the rest of the week!)
Off to do the week's ironing (almost finished the washing ha ha) - bit behind today as we had my work's belated Xmas do on Friday night, didn't get to bed until gone 1 - I can't do late nights any more! Then a 2 hour extremely muddy dog walk yesterday - all 3 of us were flaked out on the sofa by 3pm yesterday!
Good luck all Flyladies!
P.S. He's just started on the ironing, bless him - he says he's doing the basics - t shirts and stuff - every little helps I say!:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j

eta: will be a busier week...dh ended up having last week off...his employers were fantastic after the crash and as they are really apreicative of hard work...and demand a lot from their staff...they told him to stay home, rest up and potter at working from home. Tomorrow he's going back and it means the state of play here has to step up a gear from pottering along side him (and him often helping me).
Also, I'm really going to miss him. He had a long time off over Christmas/NY and now this last week at home too. Roll on Friday when he'll come back.0 -

I'm in again and hoping to make more progress this week - last week was just manic and I started my new job.
I'm just about together with the ironing but everything else has gone to pot.
I've made a conscious decision that I need to reclaim the weekends as family time therefore I must do housework during the week.
Love and hugs to all.

I'm in and a little grumpy. My freezer is broken! I know it is not a massive problem compared to what a lot of our fly friends have to contend with but i really don't need the hassle right now. Been looking online for a replacement and eating the ben and jerrys before it defrosts too much:o Its only 7 years old, surely they should last longer than that?
Anyhow, thanks to Piggers/soappie/toots etc.
