Hi - I came in looking to see if anyone has had a run-in with Rentokil?

I'm having damp problems and have asked them to test the DPC they put in. It's still under guarantee but they have hoops they want me to jump through and I suspect they are designed to discourage anyone from trying to claim. What I particularly dislike is their insistence that I lodge a £99 cheque with them which they will cash if there is no fault in their system, if you don't have the relevant documents and they have to find their copies you get to pay another £66!
I sometimes wish I was not a cynic....

Dehumidifiers help to reduce the amount of moisture in the air. A benefit of less moisture in the air is that less heating is required to get the home to a comfortable level.

Hi not sure where the ones we had were from, our architect supplied them but the firm that did the work was safeguard and they might have something or be able to point you in the right direction.
