Why would you need to check the farm some veggies came from?

Is there any history of brussel sprouts and carrots being reared in inhumame conditions?

    Lin ;)

Like I said, just a quaint idea from Morrisons on one of their range. Suppose to support British trade.

Read a bit about the farmer that grew my potatoes once - just for the Hell of it. :p

Nice to see the snob brigade are out again....'Oh i love to buy local because it supports the local economy'

'oh one doesnt like to shop with the rif raf chavvys in Asda because the food is cheap and therfore obviously of poorer quality'

'Oh i am so suprerior than you because I use the local farm shop and butchers and can spell'

Get over yourselves we cant all afford it. I like to get the best I can afford so if it means i get it from Asda or Tescos I'm not gonna to become a Chav as a result.

    C'mon everyone, be friendly.

I personally don't think I'm superior because I buy higher priced meat. I think I'm superior because I don't buy or eat it in the first place.....erm holla...or something. ;)

Now all go eat some organic salad, hug a tree and be nice to each other.

i refuse to shop at asda as all the fresh fruit and veg goes rotten at double the speed of any other suermarket, there is a reason asda food is cheap, the word "carp" springs to mind!
