Need to sell my house ASAP! Help Please!

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right section, so forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place.

My house has been on the market for quite some time now and we have reduced the price a good few times in order to try and sell the place, with no luck.

Can anyone tell me if there are any companys out there than are willing to buy my house quickly, without completely ripping me off?

I am already renting another property so my house is a millstone around my neck and one that I desperately need to get rid of.

Thanks in advance for everyone's help!

No, all the companies will rip you off. Have you got it at the lowest possible price that you can afford?

    Unfortunately, yes...

Anything lower and we will end up with no money left over from the sale. :(

Which is a better position than a lot of people are in.

Post a rightmove link and we can see if you are showing it off to its best. What is the asking price?

Could you not rent it out instead? And put it back on sale once the market picks up again.

There are companies who specialise in this type of thing, MoveMakers and Chainbreakers to name two among many. I contacted another who advertises cash for houses( can't remember the name, I just Googled) and was offered £150k, I hung on and sold for £200k a few months later. Prior to that my estate agent found an investment buyer who offered £180k which I rejected as being too low. Depends on your circumstances and how desperate you are but you will almost certainly take a substantial hit.
Good luck what ever you decide.

your back garden screams "had never been looked after just a once over with a mower" and I can't beleive you left the dustbin out front! It also looks a bit bleak - some flowers in tubs would brighten it up and make it look a bit cared for.

No pics of the bedrooms - why? Also some people won't view without a floor plan.

Don't mean to be negative but the photo of the front of the house is not good. You aren't selling the car! Could they re do it preferably when the sun is shining.

Looking at sold prices - 3 have sold on your road since 2005.

No 27 went for £85K in March 2005, No 37 went for £86K in Sept 2006 and No 33 went for £90K in April 2007 and then for £60K in July 2009.

That could have been a distressed sale BUT if it's any indication of the true value than you are vastly overpriced.

Hopefully, it's the former and you have researched what prices are being realised in the area!

BTW - the brochure is a mess - none of the text works!

You are the cheapest house on the market in the area, which has to be a good thing.
