Oooh Bobs, re the Perfect 10 I've literally just used it - yesterday and haven't washed my hair yet. I did intend to but I work from home Mondays and overslept. :o
Mind you, I left it on for longer than 10 minutes too - I decided to use up those 10 minutes by coming on the MSE forums and 10 minutes was 20 before I'd blinked. :D
My hair takes colour really well - too well at times, this Medium Brown looks a really dark brown, so we shall see.
As Perfect 10 is a new product, have you passed on your comments to Clairol, Bobs? I think the least they could do is offer some vouchers (and not for Perfect 10!)

Ive always done mine at home - Unfortunatly my once blonde hair has decided to turn an unsightly somewhat looking grey colour at the age of 20 so I have no choice other than to continue dying it.....Use Swartzkof live colour and its fab for only £3.67 and the colour doesn't fade at all, I just have to be quick at dying my hair though as once my roots start showing it looks terrrrrible.

Washed my hair and colour looks fine - no disasters. :j I did have one thought, I don't use any styling products at all prior to colouring - and the only one I ever use is a light leave in conditioner. Could that have caused the problem with Perfect 10, Bobs?

Didnt think of contacting them - would have been a good idea - though have no box now!
The only styling products I use are bed head control freak serum as i have very thick wavey hair and this kinda keeps it under control to an extent!
Hopefully the colour stays ok with you - I knew within the first wash that it was on its way..... post back and let me know.
