Who does the recording I would be interesting in getting the assessment recorded because of the lies, assumptions and predictions the doctor made on the last one
If they agree, which now they should, then ATOS themselves will do the recording, on at least a dual deck machine.
In my case it was a triple deck recording machine, you get to keep one copy of the tape.
I would advise if possible, using a mobile or dictaphone to make your own covert recording at the same time as the official recording, as sometimes they make you sign a document restricting you legal rights (the document is probably illegal, but thats another matter)[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
