I used to do scam baiting where I would play along with the scam to waste their time. One scammer wanted me to get a plane over to Holland to meet them, no idea what their plan was when I got there.
they tawke your money at gunpoint, and your passport.

That powerbook story made my night, highly amusing to scam a scammer, but where is Jeff!!!
Either way, I don't think replying to unsolicited emails asking for personal info or agreeing to do a private transaction with a total stranger (especially one with anything to do with Nigeria) is likely to end well.
I think it would be fun to con someone who was trying to actually con you...karma if you will biting them in the butt. However, I lack the bravery and the required skill to pull off something like p-p-p-powerbook.This post was brought to you from the vortex of a human psyche, it was approved by my poor judgement. :T0 -

OP - you seem to have a lot of issues with fraud and also people hanging up on you according to your last few posts. May I suggest you invest in a good shreder, change all your passwords and stop using the internet?
Only a few days ago your paypal account was suspended or closed (I couldn't work out which to be honest) so you probably shouldn't have accepted a payment in your closed or suspended paypal account.Fraud troll is boring

hi I have recently been looking for shih tzu puppy and searching various sites gumtree, plus plenty of classified ads, if replying to these first you email them, they ask questions address etc, also can you assure them puppy will be looked after, you then get phone to contact 070
they then send you another email asking you to pay certain amount 200 plus to western union going to africa then your puppy will arrive by pets del service.
I am just glad that I did not follow last instructions surley these papers who print the ads know this is a scam
DONT FALL FOR ANY ADS LIKE THESE AS NOT ONLY PET ADVERTISMENTS.:mad:0 -

In these cases common sense has to prevail.
If someone feels that they want to use online auction sites and email during a sale then they need to familiarise themselves with the basic scams.
Otherwise, tough titty, put an advert in the newsagent's window and accept cash on collection only.0 -
