Just want to say that you should be proud of yourself for going to mediation and that I hope that you manage to continue to work things with your ex so that they get to see their father and you are able to use the time they are with him to do things for yourself which give you pleasure.
My father cheated on my mother and was not brave enough to do what you have done and actually divorce him, so it dragged on and made things very miserable for all of us for a very long time until she made him leave and to this day she is bitter because it isnt 'finished'. This has directly led to us not seeing our father for long periods of time and I think that you are too good a person to let that happen with your children as they come first.
I really wish you well and keep plugging away at the gym and any other things you like as they will make you feel better in time things will be better for you R xx:grouphug:0
