Urgent advice t-mobile please read
Thanks for reading -Hoping for some help from tech guys here. My parents are in their seventees and currently hotel bound in Tunisia with all the toubles going on,They have used up what they thought they would use in credit ringing around , They have no more credit and i want to top up their phone from here (uk) Im on O2 and it wont let me top up other non o2 phones i cannot register as it needs my address and auth code . Cannot get a person on their customer helpline their onT-Mobile they cannot now receive calls (not sure on texts but if i need to get a voucher to text them i am saving this for then)Do they get charged to receive texts even though i know they cannot return them .
Is there a number i can contact t-mobile to top up over phone or a number i can top up their phone without it having to be THEIR phone to top up on . Thanks in advance Greenface

You should be able to register an online account for them, that will send an authorisation text to their phone, you speak to them, they tell you the code, you complete authorisation and top-up online.

CitySlicker is right, register online, call your parents and they can read you the code they get sent to them via text. You can then top up online. Im not sure if local shops still sell top ups, I know some do.

But the parents can't receive incoming calls as they have no credit.
Best thing to do is to buy a top up voucher from a supermarket/corner shop and text the top up code to them. They can then top up using the code from the voucher.:beer: Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0 -

sorted had to find family member with a T mobile phone they rang customer service . Explained the situation had to give her password and guess with prompts from the operator two more passwords for my parents phone . We were topping a phone up !!!!!! not withdrawing from their bank account. Anyhows theve been told to pack for flight home tommorrow or sunday.
