Best PAYG tariff after nightmare with 3

Hi My dad has had a nightmare few days with 3, has been with them for many years and arranged an upgarde(not much of one in my opinion but anyway) but A) couldn't get on with the phone B) phone as faulty so they offered him a rubbish replacement which he first accepted but has now told them where to go and is going to get his PAC code. I have told him to go PAYG for a while as he is mentally battered and bruised by the way they have treated him. He was on 500 mix and match which was adequate for him and he wants some but not a lot of internet access. Any ideas who would be the best? Thanks

Sounds to me from what you have written that your Dad is in a new/upgraded contract with 3 and he is not in a position to tell them where to go. That won't end the contract.

If they have agreed, then that's a different matter, but if not, then best sort that out first to avoid him running up a debt and affecting his credit rating.
