Traffic wardens machines fast on time?

Hi guys, just got another parking ticket again in Islington (London)!!! Is it me or do traffic wardens seem to just dish tickets out. While I was expressing my views towards the traffic warden asking about the time etc it was issued. My ticket expired at 14:42 and the fine was issued at 14:49. However comparing the times his machine was a few minutes faster then my time and almost every other person I had asked if you add the ridiculous 2 mins grace period I would I have been there on the dot if anything before the time.

Do you think theres a case here as I really and honestly think there machines are faster than the actual clocks, therefore it's not just about my fine but, traffic wardens issuing tickets possibly before the tickets have actually expired. Therefore misleading others.

What do you guy think?

    Indeed, I bet those machines are certified to be accurate.

    Probably the ticket machine is working from an Atomic Clock Signal like this one;

  • i wonder what the alarm is like on the atomic clock lol

  • well when i checked the time on my watch it was the same as my phone, and when i checked my comp and that atomic clock it was all the same matching what was on my watch and phone.

    I know it sounds abit iffy, but comparing the times to the machines and the traffic warden when i asked him the time on his ticket machine was around 5-7mins faster, unless he lied. He said my time was wrong ut when I compare to almost any time its the same as my phone and watch.

    My computer is showing a different time to the Atomic Clock that I linked to.

    The Atomic Clock is obviously correct.

    So how fast do you claim it was?
  • Go to the alternatively go the parking section on here and ask there Alternatively go to pepipoo.com, register and ask there. Thay will possibly say "ask the council for confirmation that the CEO synchronised his machine with the parking ticket machine" as well as other suggestions.
    I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
