I realise you've already booked but I was just playing around with your dates, destinations etc and found the Park Plaza hotel in Cardiff on EasyJet Hotels for £400 for 2 nights:eek: Superbreak.com has the exact same hotel, room type, etc for £178 - a difference of £222! If they were to accept a claim for their 'Double the Difference' guarantee, they would refund you the entire amount for your stay (as they did with my booking).
