Problems with Orange mobile phones
Hi all, hope someone out there can help. I upgraded my Orange phone last May and since then i've had nothing but problems with the phones, i've changed the model to what they said i could, but still problems. They keep sending out reconditioned phones that keep going wrong. So far i'm on my 9th phone. Is there any way i can
a) Get the phone i want ( I've even offered to pay for an upgrade)
or
b) Get out of the contract.
Hope there's someone that can help.

A; As long as they keep repairing or replacing they're doing all they need to.
B; Not a chance. The handset and the air time contract are separate.
If you've had 3 phone with the same fault they should offer you a DMR (different model replacement). But must be the same fault logged on the system.
The other option would be to get to talk to a team leader. Explain what's been going on and ask them (calmly) if there's anything they can do...0 -
Thanks Jon, i've had the replacement handset already. The problem keeps coming with the reconditioned handset. Will try and speak to a supervisor though to see what they can do.
Thankyou0
