Hi there
I hope someone can help me. I've just yesterday re instated my home phone line with bt at the basic £11 per month, I have a good mobile deal for minutes so it's really for emergencies and for people to get me. BUT I really want a good, fast, reasonable broadband connection. I have no idea what all the techi terms are, and I've spent ALL day yesterday going through the buy it guides and all the threads here, but to be honest it's a maze of information and it's so confusing with conflicting advice.
So all I want to be able to do is email my partner who's on a world trip and check out sites like this, I dont download as I dont know how to lol but am interested in looking into this skype thingy.
So far I think madasafish is coming out tops, talktalk would be ok only if I had no problems but considering I'm no computer expert I'd be afraid to talk a chance, and bt is expensive ish
TIA and sorry for slabbering on a bit

Zen Internet are very reliable and have great help lines - you speak to real people who know what they're talking about.
Find them at:-

Hi
Have you looked at NewNet, their Home Lite Package, upto 8mbs, 3gb download limit per mth, and a 1mth contract for £12.95.
http://www.newnet.co.uk/broadband/home_info.php
And you can find their forum on the adslguide.

I've searched around and not cheapo cheapo but still reasonably priced I'm going to Zen.
If you don't like them you can move with a months notice which means they make sure their customers are happy!0
