As for next week
I am going to set £5 again, but I know I have to go away for day or 2 and haven't budgeted for it,so will keep you updated as the week goes on.If I don't include the travel costs,I should be able to keep in budget

It was my choice
I was challenging myself every week but left Saturday out as that's a day I like to let my hair down a bit, get together with family and friends, do a bit of shopping and eating out etc. So I prefer not to strictly budget but have a broad budget for it.
When I opened the challenge, we went with that and it seems to work fine so far
sorry mozzie i have only just relised that i have changed it
sorry hun... hope you dont mind... i just like to try a whole week being good lol...

Just as well, though - I thought I was a bit flush this month and so paid an extra £60 off of the Barclaycard. Just looked at my spreadsheet and realised why...forgot to factor in £60 for my travel pass, and now it'll have to go onto my 0% card to be paid off next month. So annoyed with myself
I did something similar this month and have left myself with £51 cash until 15/11 which is payday :rotfl: I felt so silly afterwards but thankfully, I use my Morgan Stanley card for the cashback whenever possible so should be ok.
Easily done, don't worry and we have both learnt our lesson
