Ordered the Abbey Road flight bag and just opened my parcel to find that they have sent me the laptop bag instead. The invoice clearly states the flight bag as well. Not a happy bunny at all :mad:

No tracing service i dont think... but on my parcel box theres a bright pink sticker that says Track Mail, what ever that means lol.
I think th latest you will get your parcel is Wednesday so two extra days aint too bad i guess, still need to wait for my second parcel to arrive from them since they did a split order :S

What a bloody joke ehy!!! It weird becuse i got a email from them saying that the pewter laptop bag i wanted is out of stock and then you end up getting a laptop bag instead of the original bag you ordered!! Find it weird how theses companies work unless im just dumb lol! dont worry phone or email their customer serivce, since they are relly good at getting back to customers quickly since ive had a problem before and have got back to me quickly.

My confirmation comes through as soon as i have finished paying for all my items and gone through all stages of checkout. Maybe ring them up about it saying you havent got a confirmation yet and its been however many days.

Just picekd up my order from the Royal Mail office, as I was out at work when they tried to deliver yesterday. Only 2 of the 3 bags I ordered were in the box. I called them. They have had an overwhelming response to the sale and are waiting for more deliveries of stock. If you didn't get an email on Saturday to say that some of your items are out of stock then you should get all the items you ordered, but some may be delayed for a couple of days while this extra stock arrives and gets dispatched.

The same thing happened to me when i ordered from their 50% sale. My little gift boxed purse didnt arrive and i messaged them and they said that the warehouse are still waiting for the stock and that it would be delivered to me as soon as it comes to their warehouse. This time round 7 of my things were out of stock and they emailed saying that these will come at a later stage. Hope i dont have to wait too long!!
