That's what mine said, I posted this above:
I ordered 2 bags on Friday morning. One has just been delivered (Royal mail van), but no note on the slip to say what was happening with the other one. I phoned and the lady said another delivery was coming today, so I should either get an email if any expected items don't arrive, or it should come in a day or three:)
They're obviously really busy but very helpful.

Hopefully we'll get them soon.

Its ok - its just one of those things , I won the holiday so was taking my mom as a treat, I can swap to someone else but the cheapest on same food basis etc is going to be at least £300 more which i havent got at the moment- I cant go without spending money etc and dont want to get out there and not be able to afford to go outside the hotel lol
I need a run of good luck as january has been a bit of a bad start:(

Got an email from customer service saying that the pewter laptop bag that i ordered is not available and they only have the pink color left so my option was to either get the pink laptop bag or be given a refund so i just opted for refund. By the way someone said something about the word 'NIL' on the paper that they got from the parcel. 7 out of 13 bags say 'NIL' but dont have a clue what it means...... :S

The paperwork says that sale items you have to pay postage to return
Is that legal ? I thoughy DSR regs meant that they had to reimburse or provide a returns label ?

Its so tragic as i was forced to go out yesterday and buy a bag for the airport and the only one i could live with was an ostrich bag by jasper conran:rotfl:
amazingly though it was reduced from £99 down to £28:eek::T

I havent recieved my the second half of my order either!! Hoping it comes tommorow, need to give them out as presents!!

Ordered my bags 10 days ago but still have not received them. Got e mail yesterday saying orders have been delayed due to volume.Just my luck.

My first delivery had 2 out of my 3 ordered handbags in it. The delivery note had 'NIL' in pencil next to the other one. That handbag arrived yesterday along with another that I ordered on Wednesday.

If anyone is worried about their outstanding orders, I would suggest you call their customer services number. they are fairly helpful, when they're there.
