Thanks for this, I spoke to a really nice lady, she answered the phone saying something completely different to what she was supposed to say and said whoops, I'm having one of those days. Not surprising with all of us ringing up and then not taking out a subscription.0

I got a young lady who was full up with a cold - she was OK when I said I didn't want to subscribe and I told her I hoped she felt better soon, as she sounded terrible.
I was not asked my date of birth although some people are - must have sounded old ! LOL

I just rang for mine and when the chap asked me if I would like to subscribe, I told him that when I was at the dentist this week I came across the code in the Good Housekeeping Magazine and thought I would give them a ring and that its a magazine I dont usually read, he just laughed and said that was ok. Thanks greenpixie Im looking forward to this freebie as my apron has seen better days0
