the original post has appeared on a few sites - google groups etc - with exactly the same wording, looking like the original poster spread it around a bit, that's probably what's causing the delay, the huge number of people that'll know about it and apply

The original poster, me, has not spread it around

, I only post on this site. It has however been spread to every other freebie site and the offer was originally printed in one of the larger NEWSPAPERS(Daily Telegraph) so many people will have responded to this freebie.
I'd say just give it some time and wait.....

Spoke to nice gentleman just now and he asked me when I last read Good Housekeeping which was last month so he never asked if I wanted to subscribe, he said the apron will be with me in 10days!
