Well I passed the theory exam, now on to the practical :j
Slightly worrying reading about the problems people are having with timesheets, hope you all get it resolved soon.

Am desperate for extra income so giving it my best shot and hoping for the best. Good luck to anyone else taking the exam this week :)

Me too. Haven't looked at it at all yet, but from tomorrow will be home to no-one...:o

Did they tell you if you had passed the pre test?
  • Expecting the boot soon.

Got to month three and i'm back down to two stars. Feel like I've been rating well, can't understand the score given that I was at three last month and the representative results are better. Frustrating. I'm working quickly too - wonder if this is the problem.

Good luck everyone, it's a good job!

well i got no star rating, though got feedback on one of the tasks which was mostly pass. assume i don't do enough work to get a star!

I'm only doing the tasks i like so hopefully my speed is fine to get a timesheet approved again.

Spent ages on it...have no idea what was wrong as they don't say.

Oh well, back to the drawing board. :(

How good are your comments ? I dont know this for certain, but I expect that the star result is influenced quite a lot by this, as well as how many tasks you get 'right'. Ive had two four stars now for my first two months; whilst I dont get many tasks back through the resolution process etc and my representative results are ok, I get some wrong, so I dont think its about being perfect with the tasks. But I do write quite detailed comments (where comments are needed, so mainly type 5s and some type 2s) and Im sure Ive read this is part of the quality rating as well. That said, its a challenge to write good comments and still keep to the productivity targets....

  • I don't comment on any other than 2's and 5's unless there is a reason too. When I do, I think I do pretty good ones. I did email them after three weeks to ask if I could quit commenting as a mandatory requirement, but they never got back.

I think it's the lack of feedback on the new 2's that is doing for my score. Always a bit unsure as to whether I am doing them right or not.

I've emailed them for a bit of guidance, but still waiting for any advice.

Got my star rating for May 11th, I guess that's over ten days ago now, and no news on any further action. They say that a further review will take place after 10 days if you score more than 2 stars twice whilst on the programme. I'll wait and see and just keep chipping away until further notice. It's a bit unsettling / demoralising.

    Sorry to hear that :(
I just finished and have no idea how it went, but glad it's done :o

Hi, first post but I've been lurking for a while.

I got the same warning about two weeks ago, but I did amend my time. Not fair but it's their ballpark. My pay hit the bank on Friday.

I am retired from working at a very large company, based on past experience I figured if I didn't change my time card then it would never be approved. Maybe you can email and ask that the timecard be reopened so you can amend yours too?
