Nothing here either
Wish they'd hurry up!0 -
Just looked and I got 4 stars again for May and looking at the feedback got hardly any wrong. Am thinking that I have been too concerned about the quality and thats why I've been so slow! Haven't done any work for them since the timesheet got rejected but may go back to it once/if April's pay is sorted and try to work lots faster!0

I've just received the link to the exam, are you able to stop and start the theory part or does it have to be completed all in one go?
thanks0 -
Got 3 stars this month
was expecting another 2 so that's good, however, not done much work this month due to exams.
Still not heard anything about to my timesheet- won't be long till they'll need to pay the invoice to us!

Never been in this position hun and I can appreciate that its crap not getting paid for all of your work. I often shave minutes off my time to bring it in line with the expectations. Why dont you just shave a couple of hours off and re-submit?
Fingers crossed for you x

where do you find the star rating?
found it, still no rating for me.0 -
I've had the same email. Have now amended to the hours to those they have asked for and re-submitted. Means my pay will be about £100 less! Have also changed my time for May.0

I got the same email but haven't amended anything. It would also be knocking about £100 off my pay too! If I had been doing this job for a few months and clearly couldn't do it in the timescale, I'd accept it. However, I am new. They state quite clearly on the portal that you will probably not meet their productivity standards in the first 3-4 weeks because of the requirement to comment, but you are expected to meet them by 6-8 weeks. They don't say that they won't pay you all your wage in the first 3-4 weeks because they have deliberately asked you to do something that will stop you meeting their requirements!
I'm assuming that they will only pay me what they want to pay me and there's not a damn thing I can do about it. I'm not altering my timesheet on principle though. These were the hours I worked because they instructed me to do extra work which they freely admit will slow down my productivity, so they should pay me in full for the time it took me to do it.0 -
Well I passed the theory exam, now on to the practical :j
Slightly worrying reading about the problems people are having with timesheets, hope you all get it resolved soon.
Am desperate for extra income so giving it my best shot and hoping for the best. Good luck to anyone else taking the exam this week0
