oh dear, thats annoying, I downloaded the latest firefox (version 4) and apparently you need an earlier version for one of their tools. Not sure how one rolls it back or downloads an older version!
  • Laura,

I'm still waiting for my feedback - have been told it will be here sometime soon!! Will let you know once I receive it .................. have just finished week 5 - got my tennis feedback last week and that was better than I hoped (still got some wrong but better than expected!). How long have you been doing this? Have you had a star yet?

  • Hi Debbie,

I have been rating since the end of feb, so around 6 weeks. Sorry, i'm being really dim, whats the tennis feedback?! I have had 1 star rating so far, and it was 3 stars so i was quite happy with that for the first one. Its interesting to see the feedback for type 5 tasks, quite helpful really. Had 12 in my resolve week too over the last week or so, some were not directly my mistake but still they are not good to get back!

    Laura :)
  • Hi Laura,

Type 5 tasks are referred to as 'tennis' on another forum. Think of 2 courts, you watch the ball go back and forth until the better player wins! I've been playing tennis for 3 hours now (sigh), nothing else available for me today ...

Think I'll be doing those today as well, although I do feel better about it after attending yesterdays webinar.

Hi Tabath, I'm new too so was reading all the stuff online today. I found the 'webinar' the most reassuring thing on there, having someone talk you through it. I'm going to try and start rating on Friday as I'm out tomorrow.

Does the ten hour minimum apply to us on our first week?!

I don't know since I only got my emails on tues/wed. But I'm going to try to get 10 hours done by sunday

I'm confused about what is a task?

Everytime I press the submit button is that a task or for instance I acquired a task which was a SxS 5 which I did and submitted then a Map SxS which I released becsue I really don't understand yet really( I have looked for info on them but can't find any).

So on my timesheet today I listed the number of tasks based on how many times I pressed submit and put in the total time as apart from 1 Exp they were all SxS.

    Hiya

You are correct! You "acquire" a set of said tasks but each time you hit the submit button is ONE task completed. A set can have many within it but each press of the button is one.

Don't worry, it all makes sense soon enough (I've just completed my fifth week!)

    Hi Laura,

Sorry for any confusion!! I'm just being careful because of the NDA!! On another forum the Task 5 is called tennis and it just stuck in mind as that!

I just missed my star rating last month having started mid-month so am anxiously awaiting this one!! Still have no "exam" feedback (Task 7), only Task 5. Guess it will be next week now.

To be honest, I'm trying not to stress too much about it all - I just do the best I can at the moment and record accurately my time and quota etc.........I'm working with the theory that if I was really messing up someone would be shouting :rotfl:
