On the rater hub homepage it shows the star rating (if you have one) on the upper right hand side :)

I got the dreaded 2 stars too  and was in one almighty panic. HOWEVER, if you look at the date it's hardly surprising. The star rating is dated 11 Feb and I'd only done a few days rating.
They have provided good quality feedback in my portal so at least I can see where I might have gone wrong.

Thanks for that - I hadn't even noticed the date - I had only worked 2 days by then!!
Has anyone else had the productivity/timings details disappear? It went missing a few days ago and I assumed it would reappear but it hasn't.

I hope everyone that passed this week is getting on OK - and good luck to those currently doing the exams. :)

    Hi
Started with Lionbridge about 3 weeks ago. Not had any info on my rating page until this morning. Don't have any stars, but do have what hours I have done and what tasks.

Anyway I logged on last night, no tasks in queue. I must have logged on about 10 times today and still no tasks :(

So I am wondering if it is just me in UK with no tasks?

Maybe my lack of any stars means I was truly awful :(

Just doing the exams this week, and in the hope I get it I was just wondering how you are all paid as I know you are supposed to have a separate bank account to make sure that you can identify all things on it, on a tax return.
Was just wondering whether to open a euro account for it then I can convert it when I require it.
Or whether to just have it paid into a sterling account.

    What does everyone else do?

I'm ready to start but i'm kinda confused. How do I time my hours? Is it the complete amount of time I spend working, including researching? I'm not sure what I can or can't work on here so am being a bit vague - I just wanna start working but i'm not sure how to go about recording my hours!!

When you "acquire" a set of tasks that is when you start timing. When you have finished the set you stop timing until you "acquire" the next lot. You also need to count the number of tasks you have done in that set. For example you "Aquire" a set of "x" type tasks, there are 10 in the set and it takes you 10 minutes - this is what you put in your timesheet. Personally I use the history facility on Firefox and every time I finish a set I note down the time taken, the type of task and the number of tasks in the set. I tried out the unofficial time keeping facility that is mentioned on here but I could never remember to hit the button each time I submitted - doh!

    I use this - http://www.lbtaskcontrol.com/downloadfile.asp?type=exe

Simply click on +1 every time you hit submit :D You can also pause the timer for breaks :T
