Anyone else use the LB taskcontrol tool (it's not from lionbridge) Mine's crashed and tried downloading it and earlier versions with no luck, anyone know of a good alternative tool? Can't get on with having to clockwatch and forget to mark things off.

Hi, i had problems with the LB taskcontrol tool too. i now use a tool from http://free-stopwatch.com/online.html called Free Stopwatch, and just keep a tally score with pen and paper next to me as i work.

    Hi All

I've also been working as an MM for the last week or so. I have a non-MM specific question that I'm hoping some of the more experienced Lionbridge people might be able to answer.

There has been plenty of work available this week but I haven't managed to do my minimum hours as my 10 year old son broke his arm and we spent large chunks of the week in hospital. Am I likely to get into some trouble for not doing the minimum? Also is there any scope to catch those hours up next week as long as I keep my weekly average for this month below 20pw?

Thanks in advance for you help.

    Nic

    Hi Nic,

    Hope your son is okay.

Your hours will average over the month, ie: you could work 5 one week and then 15 the following week, so as long as you average the minimum hours for the month you will be fine. You cannot work over 20 hours per week unless you have permission from them to do so.

    Hope this helps ;)

    How are you finding it?

Hi everyone, my first MM week is over today and I've got some questions about it:

    - Why does "My Report" count the weekly total time closed on Saturday and not on Sunday? I thought it was considered.
    - What about your Judging rate? I'm not very close to the target metric 75v/h
    - Did you receive any feedback?

Sorry in advance for newbie-questions ;)
  • Hi, i´m taking for 2nd time the spelling Judge Exam. Could someone who´s working for LB if an spell corection like this where r you going ? is good or bad.
i dont know if "r" is interchangeable with "are". same for "u" and "you".

    kind regards,
    renti
