Dunno if this is possible, but am after homebased broadband with out a phone. We are currently hooked up to BT (we get tone) but after a row over a bill they cut us off, and we said shove it. We have a dongle which is fine when your out and about but are looking for something more substantive for home use. We get by at home with the help of a neighbour (They Know) but when it comes to running video we struggle a lot. Not really interested in a landbased phone we mange just fine with mobiles.
Any ideas, would appreciate your help.

You need a land line for any ADSL service.
So its back to BT.
Your alternatives would be Virgin Cable, or the Mobile phone network. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Primus will give you a (BT Wholesale) landline for £7.99.
Or £11 if you take it with the discounted B/B at £4.99 (total £15.99)
Can't comment on service quality though.0
