Im waiting a phonecall next monday from the debt charity CCCS i have to have all my income and outgoings ready for the phonecall xx

its been so helpful reading in on this can you tell me where i can get the link for the SOA form as i need to do this and am dreading them telling me i can afford to pay back X when i know how much we have struggled.
also i have just returned to work after maternity leave so my tax credits etc are due to drop considerably how do i log these for now as i know they will be no where near as much but dont know exactly what they will be?.. sorry i hope i have made sense!
