Sorry if this sounds daft, but your rent you've only put down as £85, guessing thats a week payment - hense that could be where the difference comes from.

Don't think you'd be allowed a tobacco allowance, think would need to be in the grocery budget.

Confused as the IVA lady told me we were minus £200, also the rent and council tax is increasing this month to £130 rent and £50 council tax, could be more i dont know just yet x

Have a play with those figures, put the rent/CT at what you think it is going to be.

Redone as follows: Gas and Electric is £150 a month for both via direct debit, when i moved in it was only £70 for both and has risen and risen, and ive recently changed to a different plan to try bring it down. The £23 for insurance is for public liablity of my husband, and cooker and washer insurance. I dont pay for dental etc due to being on a low income we are exempt at the minute. My rent and council tax is low due to getting housing benefit. But all this can change x

Is it true that the OR only takes any money if the surplus is above £100? or could they take the £32 for example? x

Nope! new rules is they look to take anything over £20. I would up the Other Child Expenses to get rid of any surplus.

What else could i put though? So i need to be £20 or a minus figure, when it actually comes to giving them all these figures, do you have to have proof of them, ie your saying to up child expenses, etc. This is what scares me, what if i go and pay £1200 in court to go bankrupt and when they have done all the expenditure, im left with money according to there guidelines that they allow and follow, then im screwed, this is the only thing putting me off, besides being scared of losing my posessions in my property and my car :o(

The OR will allow your children a chance to go swimming or cubs or similar so just up that to bring you under the £20 mark.

If you have taken advice on going BR from a debt charity then you won't be refused. If you are worried run your SoA past the charity of your choice. We can tell you what we have experianced but every OR is different and the figures are only guidelines so they may still disallow something to give you a IPA. Meant to say that they may disallow the washing machine insurance so get as near to £o as you can without looking to contrived.
