T.T. have really never met my expectations as they launched with a huge fanfare BUT were dogged with problems from day one!!! (too many sign up's they couldn't cope with, not enough staff, poor service etc.)
They kept promising to get better.
I had trouble cancelling before connection as they couldn't give concrete dates. Salesman were giving out wrong info about BT termination charges etc.
I ended up with T.T. when they snatched Tiscali BUT got out QUICKLY!!! There were loads of incomplete information about prices staying the same or going down, when they went up for most people!!0
