BT'S Really really Rubbish Service

i'm desperately trying to get out of my contract with BT because of their consistent bad service. I've had no end of problems but when I finally thought things were sorted I had to enter another 18 month contract with them or my problems wouldn't have been sorted.

I trying to think of an excuse to leave them without the cancellation fee etc. Does anyone know of anything around this. I was just thinking of saying I got to move out back to my parents as i can't afford my house because my flat mate moved out and my parents house already has virgin so don't need the service.

Knowing BT they will say its not their problem or something and still charge it.. I just want out but can't think of nothing..

There isn't a way out on that basis-'moving back in with Mum and Dad because you are broke' does not allow you to break your contract without paying an ETC.
Proving breach of contract by BT by virtue of poor service would.

Death or bankruptcy are the only viable ones I'm afraid...
