    Bob/Elantan i wobble now I am soo blooming untoned. I have a mini trampoline and i keep looking at it and it keeps looking at me and we never seem to meet!!!!

    Any tips. I love crisps and biscuits.

    Crisps, well you can make homemade ones, which use less fat if you spray them with spraylite stuff ( or do what i do, put olive oil in a squirty thing..cheaper and no chemical taste) add your own flavouring and bake in oven..nom nom

    Biscuits, i just get a recipe i fancy and reduce the sugar-play around with spices..see what takes your fancy taste wise. DD2 loves Twinks hobnobs, i just put less sugar in and make them smaller so portion wise it isn't as bad..trouble is one of those never fills you so you need to get another. I also make her some of those snack bar things as well. I will hunt out recipes and post the links.

    ive actually tried them ... no good for me ... and really no good now that i cant pull them up with me knackered shoulder lol

    I feel so disrespectful. He has helped me so many times. George i am sorry. He puts up with all sorts of rubbish from me. Poor guy i am his care in the community.
