Another enjoyable debate, i have enjoyed reading it all back.
Well Friday is upon us all and i for one am thankful. It has been the end of a very stressful week, but it has, had its highlights and i look back and think yeah, i coped/enjoyed that.
So the weather is gorgeous, Spring has arrived and i am looking forward to the rest of the morning.
Have a good day.

Well after the debacle last month with the bank account. Mr B has managed to come in at £200 under budget:D:D I knew he could do it if he had to.:D
So that is a good start to the next month.
I forgot as well that a Quidco payment went in and also money from DD that went out by mistake. So that did help the cause a bit. He has had some emergency expenditures, so all in all not bad.
Spends were minimal yesterday. Had a treat with pupil so that was £3 on my spends. Shopping i need to do another shop to get things in for the week but otherwise i reckon i am on target to come in at £150:D So looking good at the moment.
Off to make some payments via online banking and that's me sorted for the day.
I slept a lot yesterday after i got back from work, had a snooze in the afternoon, and went to bed early..yep i am getting old its official.:rotfl::rotfl:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Glad budgeting is going well. All is well here. Weather glorious parents visiting, i am not tired from worky poos today so I am going to enjoy it. It is glorious outside. Yay to Spring. Off to get me a nuuuuuw lawnmower so i can chill in the garden when the summer arrives. Nuffink wrong with resting i do it all the time. One of my students said the other day that he'd heard that teaching was a stressful job and why didn't i look stressed? I asked him if he wanted a sight test.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

I think we do a good job of keeping calm on the surface, but i always feel like i am paddling away furiously underneath..:rotfl: Enjoy your weekend with the parents.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Final shop today came in at £38. So that brings me £2 under target. I am very pleased with that. It leaves money for milk and teabags if i run out of anything before the end of the month
A few things to pay Bill wise and the mortgage, which goes out handily on the last day of the month when i get paid.
Mr.B is due back this afternoon i will have my beloved car back, no doubt it will need cleaning! But i am thankful i won't have the stress related business of trying to get to work in places which *don't* have public transport. I have a busy schedule for the next few weeks and i want to maximise on this whilst the work is there.
I also have another un-expected contact today. An email has been sent to me with an interesting way forward regarding my job. I can sniff a career change in the wind. More may be mentioned later, it is just what i am looking for.
That's about it really. I am orf out tonight, so i am planning on my spends monies as a treat. I Love the feeling of getting to the end of the month in budget for a change.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
