They did well to randomly guess all your details, I would argue, they did so well they actually deserve to keep the money.

Think what it is you have been doing recently.

What website have you been entering all your bank details into?
Have you "entered" any fantastic competitions and inserted all your bank account details so you can receive $200,000,000 USD, maybe an Audi R8 or somthing.

Think think think, you have put your details up somewhere and invited people to take money from you.

    Remember what you have done...

  • I have been ripped off by e credit plus they took £99.50 from my card. I should'nt give my card details to them but they said they are taking details to confirm before to give a loan. I have phoned my bank but they say I need to contact e-credit plus before to lodging a dispute.

"E-Credit Plus™ is not a credit services organisation, financial or banking institution"

How are they going to give you a loan without being a registered credit organisation?

Like your bank says, you need to contact them, but you'll probably find out your charge has a valid reason, and don't forget the monthly payment fee on top of whatever you buy, also in the T&Cs.
  • Wait a minute thoose how have had negatiVe comments but this has just happened to me . unfortunatley you did give them your deatils but you probaly didnt know.

What has happened is that you have probaly applied for a pay day loan and this would have been part of the terms and conditions cleverly concealed so that you are not aware you will be charged for this .

On the terms and conditions you are entitiled to a refund if you pjone with in the first 30days of sigining this uttrley ridiculous membership website.

Be firm but not rude dont get side traked by there jargonm and demand a refund with personal profication.

Do not let them get away with it they are scamm aritist i do not care what any one say

    YOU HAVE BEEN HAD
  • this ia a con and scam i realised this as soon as i presed the button saying accept i tried to ring and got no answer just another bill for using a phone number that charged .

IIRC they're more upfront about what they offer than they used to be.

According to their T&C's you may be able to get your money back, but the fact that you've not paid to join might confuse things.

Whatever you do, contact them to close your account otherwise you may be liable for addition charges, such as their £7.95 monthly fee.

That doesn't terminate your agreement or contract. They can request money from your in other ways and you will be legally bound to pay it.

You need to cancel the agreement.
