Texting to a uk phone taken abroad

Sorry to show my ignorance. Is there an increase in SMS charge if I want to do this?
The actual situation is an O2 network phone taken to Poland and the need to send texts to it from my UK based Orange network phone. I don't know if these details make any difference.

There's no extra change for you, the person receiving the text may get charged roaming rates to get it. Depends on a number of factors.0

Ah right - so if there is any extra charge it's the phone taken abroad which pays it on receipt of the text. Have I got that right?0

The only texts that are chargeable to receive are reverse-charge premium rate texts whose charge is not location-dependent.0 -
