Not receiving mobile bills
I have not currently received a phone bill from Vodafone for over 18 months. They have said the reason for this is that I am set up for online billing but this is not the case as no matter how many attempts I make to set up an online account (even with a vodafone advisor going it step by step) their website will not allow me to set one up. Every month I go through the same conversation with a Vodafone advisor and I am assured that I am being put on paper billing but every month I fail to ever receive a bill. This has now hit me in the pocket twice, the first being those scam text messages that cost a couple of pounds a time that due to not having a I had no idea that they were costing me and now from Vodafone taking approx £230 too much from me via direct debit because they failed to implement the agreed mobile data roaming cap (being refunded but a bloody pain) I'd just to know my rights to cancelling my contract with this inept company without having to pay the remaining 10 months as I feel that their inability to send me bills despite my repeated request could be considered a breach of contract.
