three stole my £15

I have a PAYG phone with three and recently paid three £15 to get it unlocked. After a few unsuccessful attempts to unlock it with their support team it was decided that I should sent it to a repair centre to get them to do it. The paperwork from three arrived and i sent it off only to hear this morning that they cannot unlock it as the phone is defective despite it working ok with a three SIM card installed.

I asked for my money back from three and was informed that there is no mechanism to do this and it was at my risk. I was not informed of this and have nothing in writing from three to suggest this. In fact, the letter which accompanied the repair centre envelope suggest that if they cannot unlock it then they will give me another phone.

I am raging about this and want to send them a strong email.

Does anyone have and advice for me re. the above and does anyone have an email address for complaining to three?
