Cling-film like double glazing

Does anyone know where I can get some of the stuff thats like cling-film to use as double glazing? You put it over the window with a hairdryer and it acts like double glazing, only cheaper! We live in a rented terraced house that has big single glazed windows, and now that winter is definetly upon us, I want to try and keep as much heat in as possible!

I've tried searching online and can't find anything. Can anyone help??

I bought some last year in my local hardware store. Haven't seen it in the big DIY places....I think it's great stuff and stopped condensation on my single glazed front door.

I got some a few years ago from a local hardware place. I think they used to sell it in Woolworths too, but I've not seen any recently (although not been looking for it either)

Just to let you know, managed to get something in Wilkinsons called Window Seal. £9.99 for apack that covers 12 sq feet. I've not had chance to put it up yet, so can't say how good it is until at least the weekend when I go round the house attacking every window in sight!
