I'm still waiting for my e-mail. The items are still in the order history awaiting delivery by 2nd March!

I've been reading the other thread regarding the experience gifts being sold by Very et al. Looks like everyone there is getting a £50 voucher / credit note for the disappointment and hassle. I'm looking forward to receiving my complimentary £50 voucher from M&S when my chair gets cancelled.
