It is a bit strange that this had happened twice. This thread has had over 20,000 views.... that's an awful lot of traffic to their site that they wouldn't have had normally and I bet many of those people had a look around and bought other things. Is it a sneaky little marketing ploy??

I bet M&S don't even know anything about it.
Their online system is all run by Amazon. If you were them and this sort of mistake was made, would you tell M&S about it? :rotfl:
I don't think so!0 -
Got my cancellation email at 10.21, oh well was expecting it anyway!Amazed at the amount of things I have purchased that 'I never knew I needed' until I joined and viewed the Grabbit page on this forum!!:rotfl:0

My order is still showing and no I've not received a cancellation e-mail. I ordered just after 9am yesterday and so if they are working backwards, I'll be one of the last to receive the cancellation e-mail.
To be honest, I didn't even like the chair but for a £1 it's worth a shot.
If I couldn't find anywhere in the house for it, I was planning to give it to a local old folks' home or community centre.
The chances of getting it are less than zero anyway and so I don't really know why I've just wasted 3 minutes of my time typing this post.
Perhaps I should get on with some work...0
