Sorry to say this but its slightly annoying that you are trying to get hold of something you dont even want!. This happens alot I know but surely if theres a deal (I'm talking generally across the site) then it shouldn't be abused to point that people who actually want the item can't get hold of it because of people ordering for the sake of it.

"Sorry to say this", but if you read my post correctly you will see that I never said that I didn't want the chair. I said I didn't like the chair (this is largely because of the colour) and so the plan was to put a throw over it if we can find somewhere nice to put it.

Also its worth pointing out that I only ordered one chair and so it wasn't excessive.

Moreover who are you to judge why people are ordering goods. I didn't abuse the glitch by ordering a lot of chairs, I ordered only one.

Please don't jump on people on this forum simply because they are different to you (perhaps if you read posts properly in future it will stop you getting all hot under the collar for no reason).

Edit - I have no desire to get into any form of argument with you by the way and hope you understand that I just wanted to clarify my position. Thanks... :)

If I couldn't find anywhere in the house for it, I was planning to give it to a local old folks' home or community centre

Well I thought that actually would have been a very kind thing to do so I don't see the big deal! At the end of the day everyone is entitled to order whatever they may like - if people missed out then it's no one else's fault.
  • Moreover who are you to judge whether I am allowed to be slightly offended.

I cant tell anyone what to do but I can express my opinion which is, please try to be fair to others, afterall you did say you didnt like it (or its not to your design taste) and that you are likely to give it away (other people might love it). I also stated that I was talking about the site in general so don't think that this all evolves around you, it doesn't.

Thanks for dedicating your time to me though, I know you should have been working. :D

You reply is full of implications that you have generated yourself.

"and that you are likely to give it away"

    I didn't say that.

"so don't think that this all evolves around you,"

I didn't say it all evolves or even 'revolves' around me.

Lets just leave it at that shall we. I'm sure people are already bored with our posts. I know I am.

    .. really ? are u joking ?!
  • Really no and although it has only just been set up there are lots of other ladies who feel the same. To make a mistake once is acceptable but after that it just looks suspicious.

It stinks of Hoovers fiasco of 1992. They dangle the carrot then try to pull it away. They had to do a uturn and i think M&S should in this instance.
