Ebay Rudeness-please Help!

Yes he/she will have to send the item back, but in my experience it is best to file the claim first!
It worries the seller slightly, and there is more chance of him reimbursing postage costs ect.0 -
Oh and Victory... if you still have original e-mail where the seller has told you you should not have signed ect, it may be clear from the email that the seller is admitting it is the wrong item. Best to send all emails from him to paypal too
That way he cant say he offered to help as you have proof he said no.0 -
If it were me I would file a complaint with paypal to say that the item is significantly different from the description. How were you supposed to know what it was before you signed for it?
I would also put it back on ebay and use the money you get from it to buy the item you really wanted, but from a different seller this time.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040
