    HDNL is like the great service will be getting once RM is privatised. :eek:
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

    Yeah, I've just had a parcel dispatched today by HDNL and have emailed Amazon about it. The SOLE reason why I've paid for Amazon Prime these past couple of years (almost from the day it was launched) was to avoid these incompetents.
