Man U season ticket

My daughter wants to buy her boyfriend a Manchester United season ticket for his birthday/chrismas present. Does anybody know how she goes about this?

Well, as long as she's buying it for a birthday in a few years time, she'll be fine. There was a waiting list although the new sections may have eased the pressure.

That said, it's unlikely Man U will sell a season ticket to her now even if they had free slots - most season tickets are sold in May/Jun/July time and I'm sure after the end of September, it's probably not worth it. Some of the smaller clubs sell half season tickets but given the demand for Man U tickets, I would imagine they don't need to sell those.

She should ring their ticket office and ask their advice.

They had one season 'season' tickets (league games only) for sale at the start of the season (not sure if they still are on sale).
There is no guarantee that you would get one for the following season and as others have stated there is a long queue for a proper season ticket.

Have a look on the manutd.com site for tickets, and take him to see a game or two. Eventually matches on there do go to General Sale.
