Best broadband for new user?

We have been on dial-up with NTL for a few years with what I think is a good package. £15 per month gives us internet access 24/7 plus £15 worth of phone calls is included. If phone calls come to more than £15 we just pay extra but this is quite rare. We've not really had any problems with NTL.
We want to change to broadband and are looking for a good deal. We have a small restaurant so ours is classed as a business line, if we register as a private (domestic) line we lose our business entry in the phone book which we really need to keep.
We don't want to download music or films, just browse the web. Inclusive calls would be great and technical help that we can understand as neither of us is too technically minded.
Anybody got any ideas or recommendations?

For simplicity, ntl is easiest as long as you have a network card in your pc, you just plug in the modem & you're connected. Not the cheapest though & their tech help is on par with the rest (ie, variable, to put it kindly).0
